Darwin Evers is the Co-Director of Senior Adult Ministries, having been in this part time position for 2 years. Prior to that, he served as the Business manager at Centerpoint for 9 years. He currently is responsible for organizing and planning Bible Studies, fellowship events including luncheons, activities and trips for "seasoned" adults.
Darwin has been a member of Centerpoint for over 20 years.
Darwin and his wife, Nancy, have been married 44 years and they have 4 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren - all of whom presently live in Michigan!
Darwin grew up in Martin, MI and received his B.A. degree from Hope College and M.A. from Central Michigan University. He then taught high school Biology in Marysville and Martin, Michigan for 32 years.
Darwin and Nancy enjoy spending time with their family as well as traveling they're hoping to land on every continent during the next few years. He also enjoys reading and gardening.
